Msn plus

Hello,
I have installed windows live messenger version 2009 (build 14.0.8064.206), and I try to install msn plus to open more then one account .
When I finished to install msn plus he give me (plus) beside (help) in the toolbar at top, and when I open it he gives me : software not downloaded.
