I know my password but cannot login

Can u tell me how am i going to access my email account?i know the password but have been long not open my yahoo email but now i have been asked to verify it on my alternate email...the problem is my alternate email is no longer available....my phone number is also change...please i need to enter my account back...this is my yahoo email account ***@*** help me asap...tq

Hi

No doubt that you have not accessed your account for at least 12 months, hence your account has been deleted.
