Factory settinngs

Hello,
I'm doing a compelte system restore to factory setting, but for some reason, it's taking for ever. I had to do this before, only took about 2 to 3 hours,but i'v been running it for 9 hours and it's only at 7%. Goes up 1% every 1 something like that. Any ideas why, or anyway i can make it run faster?

hi there,

you are doing this by recovery manager or

by using recovery disks?

please give more information
