Hi Ra17,
Please connect the laptop to another monitor or to a TV. Check if the issue persists. While on the manufacturer’s logo, try pressing some buttons in order to get in the BIOS menu. If there are no details about this, try with DEL, F11, F12. Are there any strange noises coming from the PC? What happens when you turn on the PC with a Windows installation drive in the DVD ROM?
