Your laptop turns on normally, but cannot boot to Windows, right? Please check if it is possible to access the BIOS menu. Is the HDD listed there? If it is, there may be a problem with the hard drive or with some connection.
If the HDD is listed there, the issue may be software related. Please try to boot in Safe Mode. If it is possible, use the opportunity and try to backup all important data. Once you have done it, use a Windows installation drive and reinstall the OS.
