Hi Bernard okpe,
Could you please give us more details about the issue? What happens when you turn on the PC? Is there any noise? Can you feel the cooling fans running or it is as if the PC is not turned on? If the PC does not turn on, remove the power cable and the battery and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and try to boot again. If the PC is under warranty, I strongly recommend you to contact the seller.
