Hello,
My laptop has been acting very strange. When I press 'w' it brings up a notepad, when I press arrow keys, they don't work, and CTRL ALT Delete hasn't been working.

Hi
This a common problem with laptops. It's often due to a circuit problem which a technician can repair. If you wish to troubleshoot, try an external keyboard.
