Cant go to my facebook acnt. after giving the id that they need

Hello,
I can't open my facebook account after I gave my id that they needed and this is what it says "We'll get in touch with you at the email address you provided after we've reviewed your ID. You will now be logged out of Facebook." how can you solve this solution? please help me facebook is the only conversation of me and my mother who is on abroad.
