Hello,

It has been awhile since I used my iPad and it asked me for my hotmail password. I entered my old Hotmail password which didn't work so I tried my password for outlook and it didn't work. How do I reset my password?

We would love to help you, but you must be able to prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
