In order to be more helpful, I need you to provide me with more information regarding the problem of your laptop. Have you made any hardware or software changes recently? Probably, the booting option has been set to happen not frоm the hard drive, but from another device like the USB port or the CD ROM.
Please, verify that the HDD is set at first place on the boot priority menu. If it's not, set it manually, make sure you save that setting and restart.
