Hello shailendra,
I have to inform you that from the little information you have given, it seems impossible to determine where the problem is. Do you get any beeps when you try to start the PC? Are you able to boot in BIOS menu or in Safe mode by pressing the respective key?
I need to know if something has happened prior to the error that you get.
Please, come back to the topic to provide more details regarding the situation and give information regarding the laptop model that you have. If you have performed some troubleshooting steps already, please mention them too.
