Hello suresh,
Is your hard drive still under warranty? If it is so, please take it back to the merchant where you bought it. It should still have warranty, so you don't have to open it or alter anything on it. You can try to bring it to a data recovery company who could help you extract the data. Also, you could try to extract the data with several programs existing on the net, but I have to warn you that any test of your drive may further damage your HDD, so be careful.
