What if I forgot my password and I changed my phone number.. and now they are trying to send me a new password to my old phone number my new phone number is Removed by moderator my FB messager is under my name Kelada cammeron I don't know what to do about it

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
