Gmail account hacked

Hello,
I m not able to sign in my google gmail account... Someone else is using it... He / she has changed my recovery mail, recovery phone number and password... It is been happened to me earlier also but i m able to get it back via g.co/recover but this time it is not working... Plzz help me
Here is some tips to give my account back
1 I play Clash of Clan . In which my name is removed by moderator in this account it is sign in by this account only
2 I couldn't remember perfectly but this account was created in th e month of September or August.. Year 2012 or 2013
3 Before this my recovery mail was removed by moderator@gmail.com
4 Before this my recovery phone number was removed by moderator
Please help me
