Dont remember my gmail login information.

Hello,
I have just recently got a notification saying there has been a change to my gmail accounts. I didnt make any changes to either one of them. I was able to only get back into one of them. When i am trying to reset my password it wants me to confirm that i am the actual owner of this gmail account. I do not remember the mobile phone number associated with my account and also am not sure when i made the gmail. Can someone give me some other options to regain access to my gmail?
