Desktop is black orange faces Closed

Hello, 
my desktop sceen changed to a black backgroun with orange highlights my profile pituers peoples faces and hair is white and i did not change this please help me to fix this problem

a box may come up, press YES.
If at first you don't succeed; call it version 1.0
