My PC is not start after I Scan my PC

Hello,
After long time I scan my PC by avira antivirus(approx. 7 hr for completing). then I restart my PC. Then computer start but stop (at Intel logo) then again restarting yourself. Please help me what should I do-
Can I uninstall my window 7 -( then how ?)

Were you able to figure this out?

When you run a full scan, it can take 4-5 hours even more, depending on how huge your hard drive is and the # of files you have; however, your device should restart right after a scan has been completed.
