Hello,

My laptop Dell inspiron 15 3000series is showing a black screen when switched on and the cursor moves how to fix it

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

Do you have a recovery CD? If not you may try to reset to factory settings.
