Select proper boot device or insert boot media

Hello!
When is start my computer it shows as follows -
PXE-E61:Media test failure, check cable.
PXE-MOF: Exiting Intel boot agent.
Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and Press a key.

It appears that your hard disk and/or cable has failed.
