i dont know what i need to doi am unable to open this from last one week please someone help me please.....

The problem is due to malware.

1. click alt+ctrl+del to gain access to the task manager.
2. click new task
3. Type explorer.exe and press okay
4. Download, install and run adwareCleaner

task manager also not opening after click on task manager it gets full black screen

Let me know if you can boot in safemode with networking

not working this too....
can u tell me how to reset or refresh without any flashdrive or any recovery folder or recovery images....??????

Impossible, sorry, you need at least the recovery image or recovery disk.
