Hello,
I have forgotten my password and the recovery phone number is incorrect. I alway can not remember the recovery email I used as I set up the account 11 years ago. If there anyway of resetting the password? I have tried to follow the instruction on the helper but I just keep going round in circles. Is there a fix as I can not find a telephone number to phone

Hello
You have posted your question on CCM.net, we have no business connections with Yahoo
Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
