Hello
I am still a newbie when it comes to the parts of a motherboard.

I tried replacing the ram card but it turns out that it was not compatible so I removed it and placed the original one again but when I tried powering up. It gives me three beeps and not two beeps. I have 2 slots so I tried to switch the two but didn't work. I tried testing each one ram card at a time but still did not work. I also tried removing the cmos battery and put it back again after 30 minutes but still did not work. I am running out of options . please Help

If there were static electricity when you manipulated the sticks, you may have damaged them if not, try to carefully clean the sticks with a soft, lint free cloth.

I tried the memory sticks to other pc and it worked so I am sure that it is not broken. The mother board is still beeping three times even without the memory sticks which means it still works. I really don't know what to do now

It's no doubt a motherboard issue. See a technician.
