Cmos battery failure and checksum failure

While Starting up the computer ,moniter displays cmos battery failure and checksum failure after changing the battery the battety failure is ok but checksum error is still shown but after restarting ,cpu is working but monitor displays nothing and a continious beep sound is coming from cpu and it not starting up.
