Facebook page feeds are not reflected

Hello,
My uncle.is trying.to access his facebook account. The account is active but the page feeds are not reflected. Once you click on the facebook icon it come for a second and automatically comes back to the home page. The same device is able to access other facebook accounts, which is working fine. Is it a problem with the I'd. If yes then how to resolve.
