Trouble entering numeric code sent to my cell phone

I haven't used my PC for awhile. I tried to sign onto my account with my password. Then I got a message to enter a code sent to my cell phone. I tried 2-3 different times, but my code was not accepted. What do I do now?
I have been using my iPad to check emails.

You really need to address this with the provider you are having issues with. We do not have a secret back door, or code or anything. I could have Googled the providers support page for you, but you have failed to mention what provider you are having issues with!
