Hibernating mode Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,my laptop is still on hibernating mode when I on the laptop frist show the window sign and then hibernating
System Configuration: Android / Chrome 56.0.2924.87

Press and hold down the power button for 45 seconds.  Wait for 2 minutes. Now boot it up again.  Does it boot normal?
