Upgrading to the newst itunes version..

Hello,
ahhhh ok. soooo. the laptop I have all my music on is not connected to the internet at this time..and it having a hard time getting connected....I bought an iphone on sat SIMPLY bc i wanted a new ipod ha... ( i could care less about the phone..i just wanted the apps and ipod like everyone else) and NOW i cant even get my music!!

Basically..what I want to know is...is there a way to download the new itunes on a disk from a computer with internet and upload it to my laptop? or even better...do they still make the disks that allow you to download itunes?
PLEASE HELP!
