My facebook account was disable

Hello,
I would like to know who can help me recover my fb account which is disabled pretending to be someone else. I dont now how this happened when my account was confirmed with my id and was connected with my phone number using my real photos and my name, i was trying to contact fb but i got an email when it writes that it belong to different channel:
Please help recovering my personal account
