Youtube vs javascript

Hello, i have recently downloaded the lastest flash player atleast 6 times and yet youtube still tells me i need the latest one. I have turned on all java-scripts and enabled all activeX controls in the internet options and i just don't what to do... HELP??? xxx

I guess youtube is having some issues at this very moment, you should some other day
