Recovering id that is not used from 4/5 years

Well i had a yahoo id *****@yahoo.com. My instagram id was linked with it. And now i am not getting access to insta id and it says it have emailed to my yahoo id. And this yahoo id is not getting recovered i haven't used it from 4/5 years i guess. is there anyone i can recover it because everytime i enter id yahoo says it can't find such id what should i do coz my insta id is in trouble too
