Recovery of my email id

Hi i have been using this emial id ***@*** since 10 years , the ph number linked with my acc was recently discontinued by me and i forgot to update my new no .. i have not changed my password bt im unable to login and tried so many times so now i m getting a mail from hotmail saying that we are unable to verify your ownership so make a new account
pls give me back my id coz its linked with all the other applications ..
i have my skype account too which is activated with the same account
