4 days ago my email has been hacked by a stranger .. he has changed the password and no phone also email restoration .. I want my email account back, because in it a lot of important data for me .. Can I Getting back emails? Missing email "removed by moderator@gmail.com"

How do you know it was strangers and not an acquaintance, a friend or relative ?

Because all my friends no one uses my email, so yesterday there was a website that told me to enter email and password to get a gift for online game being I use, but the next day I can not open my game online and gmailku again .. how can I take back my account?
