Toshiba Satellite stuck on factory reset

Hello all I am having trouble with a factory reset I started a factory reset on my Toshiba Satellite A665-S5170 and it froze for 3 days now when I talked to someone they said I have to do another factory reset because there was a glitch in the recent can someone please help me figure out how to get from this point to another factory reset

Oh boy! This is a sticky wicket!

You recovery image may have been corrupted or damaged. This may not work, it's just an educated guess.

Turn off your laptop by pressing and holding the power button, the lappy should restart and do as if you were doing a new factory reset.

I assume you know how the Toshiba factory reset is launch.

I have been turning it off and on trying to get it to work every time it comes back to the frozen screen I was told I had to start the factory reset from this point and I have no idea how
