I have always retrieves my voicemails by touching 1 call on the phone icon. Mow I get a.recording saying the code.I entered is invalid but I didn'thave a chance to enter my code. To get my voicemails now I have to dial my phone # and hit call. What is going on? How do I fix it? I have a SamsungGalaxy S6 androidsmartphone

You should contact your service provider to solve that issue.

I did and they said to put in #×77287# and it would say resetting to factory. She said hit "yes" It still doesn'twork
