Gmail account forgot my username

Hello,

Please help me to recover gmail account, i forgot my username and phone number indicated my account, I only have the password. I have try too many times to recover it but i cannot do it. Please if somebody can help, i really appreciate and thankful. I badly needed because my iPad was disable due to many errors of pascode.
