Laptop types gobbledegook

Hello, the keyboard on the Acer laptop I bought today types wrong letters ie: when trying to get the laptop set up random letters appear instead of those I type. Therefore unable to correctly enter wifi key or register my name etc. Cheers, Jennifer

Well, if it is a day old, and you are already having issues with it, I encourage you to TAKE IT BACK, AND GET YOUR MONEY! Take your money to another shop!
