Restore my password

Hello,
I am trying to recover my e-mail account I need a new password plus the phone number to which my e-mail is connected is no longer in service. How can I enter my new phone number so that I can receive a new password.

That my friend is mission impossible. To change anything, like a phone number, on your account you must gain access to your account. Since you can't, access your account, you must consider it lost for ever and ever.
