I lost my yahoo account

Hello,
I cannot access my yahoo account from my laptop, work desk top or my I phone
It was working fine until Friday I believe.
I tried the help center and tried what they told me ( text a verification code etc )
It looks like I don't have an account at all.
I have some important documents in folders.
what can I do now ?
Please help
