Ok, I need someone to help me. My old phone quit working. I've forgotten my password for yahoo which means I can't get into my emails, facebook, or google. I've tried everything!! I try to reset and it wants to text my old phone or send an email to yahoo. I can't get into either one, can anyone please help?
There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device you no longer have access to.
Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a mobile number to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!
