Hello,
My Facebook account was disabled and I need to know why. I have not violated any rules or regulations that I am aware of. Being disabled, the helps me to stay in contact with people. Now I can't even get into my message.

Hello

How are we supposed to know why your account was disabled?

Have you studied the terms of use and community standards ?

Facebook is not a life necessity. People used to live happily without Facebook before it was put online.
