Sandisk ultra 62 GB not recognized on PC

Hello,


I have an sandisk ultra 64 Gb. Today it is not working not recognized pC . When i connect it it says your usb device is not recognized . After that i updated the whole drives from device manager asper the video of youtube ,but it displays the the same result . But when it connected to my laptop it working nicely . Can you suggest a solution for it's working please.......?

Try this:

After plugging in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the USB drive and restart your system.
Try connecting the device again
