Will my laptop hold GTA IV

Hello,
I have a laptop with the following specs:

processor: core 2 duo p7350 2.0 Ghz with 1066 FSB
OS : vista ultimate sp1
ram : 3GB
GPU : Intel onboard 4500 MHD with 1GB shared memory with shader level 4.0...

Will GTA 4 run on my laptop.
my doubt is only on the GPU i have.

Hye there. the graphic adapter you have on your laptop (Intel) wont isnt supported by this game
