How did you get locked out of your account?
When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device you no longer have access to.
Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a mobile number to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!
If your mobile phone number was your recovery address, your should have updated your account before you changed it.
Your account is now lost forever and it will be deleted from the server in September which is 9 months after you last accessed it.
Regards
