Can't access my email, I change my phone number

Hi Yahoo Team, pls I need to recovered my email, it has been long time I used my email. I want to have access to my email. Yahoo are telling me that I am not the owner of the email and should verify my email, I sent it but yahoo sent a code to my former phone number which I lost it that I can't access to my account . I lost phone but here are my new phone number <removed by moderator>. Pls it is necessary for me to recover my account. Pls yahoo contact me in my new phone number <removed by moderator> Thank u.
