Make a shared file that can store data for the whole year

how can I make a shared file that can store data for the whole year and you can select the file for a specific month, day, and year? Using Macros. or if you can point me in the right direction since I've never use MACROS.

Hi Adejesus,

I would create a workbook for each year, a worksheet for each month and a column for each day.

Now you can easily find the right year, when you sort your files, pick the right month out of the 12 sheets and the right day out of the 29+ columns.
