Facebook disabled reviewing documents

I got this problem when I log out FB with a smartphone, after that, I log in getting this message!
I don't know why I cannot log in and review over and over and I still received my old account notice!
I want my old account back because I used this account long enough also have a page for sell handmade! Facebook pls help me and let me access
I Use My This Account From a 5 or 6 Year Ago :(
Please Re-Open My Account.

Hi

We are CCM we have nothing to do with Facebook.

To regain access to your account you must submit to Facebook the documents that Facebook has requested from you.
