Forgot Gmail password but can access on android phone.

I changed my GMail and cannot remember the password. The recovery email is also locked out. The GMail is currently opened up in my chrome app on my android device. I have not allowed my password to be saved to chrome. Is there a way to change the recovery email without having the current password? I have answered all the recovery questions but its not allowing access. Please Help!!!
