Gmail account hacked phone was stolen

My Gmail account xxxx was hacked and phone was stolen my password and recovery phone number wa's changed I don't remember the year I created this account. I am currently using a Gmail that was synced to it. Nothing I do work please help!! Please contact me at xxxx@Gmail.com

There is nothing we can do. You have posted in CCM.NET, and we have nothing to do with that provider. I am curious tho, if you created another gmail account, then why dont you just abandone the old one?
