No emoji keyboard with Bitmoji

I downloaded Bitmoji. It asked me to give it a keyboard. I didn't, but almost immediately noticed I was having problems with FB comments. I went back to Settings and it had set up another keyboard. I immediately deleted the second keyboard and the only keyboard I have is QWERTY, but I no longer have the button for emojis. I now have two .?123 buttons, but where the emoji button now has the speaker button.

Question: HOW DO I GET MY Emojis BUTTON BACK.
