Forgot Yahoo mail password and mobile number changed

I lost my phone and do not have access to the recovery number and cannot access thê account key as well as my email account. I have also forgotten thê recovery email address. Please help me access my account xxx@yahoo.com my new email address is xxx@gmail.com, if possible I would like to link the two.
